Preventive Maintenance Support

Preventative maintenance is performed on all PC's, Server's, and printer's per manufacturing specifications at a minimum. All items covered for the ink jet printers are covered as needed or on a regularly scheduled basis

Non Contact Printer Preventative Maintenance includes:

  • System Flush using customer fluids
  • Complete electrical connector cleaning and reseating
  • Fluid Filter Replacements
  • Calibration and Adjustment of the viscosity and ink stream alignment
  • Recommendations for improvement of performance
  • Power Supply Voltage Checks
  • Input power analysis
  • Full unit cleaning and repair of fittings and tubing’s
DataJet Support Agreements

Support agreements are available tailored to fit the full reliability of your equipment. Equipment down time is expensive and we are your expert to maintain equipment that requires specialization. We support the services on the equipment that is mission critical to keep your facility producing at maximum throughput.

Support Agreements have several options:

Preventative Maintenance – We pre schedule with flexibility to work around your production schedule and avoid emergency breakdowns. The agreements will be automated to insure scheduled visits at your chosen interval – Monthly, Quarterly or Annually.

Labor Only Agreements – We will work with you to maintain your equipment and insure all maintenance is performed properly with site training and equipment log books for tracking issues. Parts are sourced by your site.

Parts and Labor Full Coverage Agreements – We will perform all the maintenance training and tracking for all your equipment. We will schedule regular visits according to your intervals; Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annually. We perform the proper preventative maintenance and report the status and integrity of your equipment. We will offer suggestions to improve your application for maximum performance at minimal costs.
